The SeaSCAPE (Sea Spray Chemistry And Particle Evolution) 2019 is ramping up!
At the Hydraulics Laboratory at UC San Diego’s Scripps Institution of Oceanography, NSF CAICE researchers are working hard to set up and calibrate their instruments for summer-long experiments. This unique ocean-atmosphere interaction facility will replicate natural sea spray aerosol in a controlled setting, allowing for detailed fundamental studies of aerosol reactions.
